Yes, you have the option to retain your existing mobile number through a process called ‘porting’. To get started with porting your number, please ensure you have the following information ready:
Details of your current carrier: Kindly provide the name of your current carrier, along with the account number and transfer PIN (also known as carrier PIN or porting PIN).
Billing ZIP code: Please share the ZIP code linked to your billing address.
Your mobile number: Inform us which mobile number you intend to transfer (port).
