    • Release the button when the LEDs start blinking or the device reboots.
    • The HT814 will restore factory default settings.

How do I update the Grandstream HT814?

What are the LED indicators on the HT814 and what do they mean?

Power: Solid green means the device is powered on.

Internet: Blinking indicates network activity; solid means the network is connected.

 FXS 1 to FXS 4 (phone ports):

  • Solid green means the port is registered to a SIP account.
  • Blinking indicates a call in progress or activity.
  • Off means no device is connected or the port is not registered.
How do I set up call forwarding on the HT814?
  1. Log in to the HT814 web interface using its IP address.
  2. Go to the FXS Port tab corresponding to the phone line you want to configure (e.g., FXS Port 1).
  3. Scroll down to the Call Features section.
  4. Enter the forwarding number in one or more of the following fields as needed:
    • Unconditional Forward To (for all calls)
    • Busy Forward To (when the line is busy)
    • No Answer Forward To (when calls are not answered)
