-Install their new video service.

How does the customer receive the offer?

After placing a qualifying video order:

– The operator sends an email with a unique Disney+ offer code.

– The customer clicks the link in the email and redeems the code on the Disney+ landing page.

What do I need to do after receiving the email?

– Click the link in the email.

– Enter their unique code on the landing page.

– Create a Disney+ login and start streaming.

Does Disney+ include Hulu?

No, Disney+ (with Ads) does not include Hulu.

What if I did not receive a email/code?
  • Confirm that you picked a qualifying order
  • Check the email address you used.

Can I use the offer if I already have Disney+?

No. Existing Disney+ customers are not eligible. A customer must cancel their current Disney+ subscription and re-subscribe using their unique code at the Disney+ landing page to take advantage of the offer.

Can I get the offer if I'm reveiwing my service?

The offer is intended for new account sign-ups. Renewals may not qualify unless part of a new package.

Is there a cost for Disney+ after the free year?

After the free year, Disney+ (with Ads) will renew at the then standard rate unless canceled.

Can I use the code more than once?

No, each code is unique and single-use.

How long do I have to redeem the code?

The offer is valid through March 26, 2026, but we recommend redeeming it as soon as you receive it.

What content is included with Disney+?

You’ll get access to Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, and more — with ads.

Can I stream on multiple devices?

Yes, Disney+ allows streaming on multiple devices, but simultaneous streams may be limited.

Can I upgrade to an ad-free plan?

You can upgrade directly through Disney+ after redeeming your code, but the free offer only covers the Disney+ (with Ads) plan.

What if I have trouble redeeming the code?
