TiVo+ is a video streaming service that provides instant access to over 100,000 movies and TV shows, along with news, sports, kids’ content, and specialty programming across more than 360 live channels. Best of all, TiVo+ is included for free with your Gearheart TV subscription. In addition to TiVo+, your subscription also includes access to Plex and Pluto TV.
With a Cloud DVR, TV shows are saved in the service provider’s datacenter instead of being stored on a DVR or set-top box next to your TV. Traditional DVRs have limited hard drive space, requiring users to delete movies and shows to free up storage. They also come with restrictions on simultaneous recordings; for instance, a DVR with two tuners can only record one show while another is being watched. Cloud DVRs eliminate these limitations, allowing customers to store more content and record multiple shows airing at the same time.
